A totally frivolous, cutesy, short, filler type post. (In other words, don't read if you can't handle.)

You may have met my new friend the other day. Introducing: Moosemoose.
No, I didn't name him, April did.

Moosemoose is now currently serving duty as my touring bike's official mascot:

Moosemoose will be accompanying me on my long (and not-so-long) journeys in the days to come. Here's to adventure!

  2. I like the moose. There is a ride leader for Cascade Bike Club here in Seattle that rides with a green frog on his bike's rear rack. Made it real easy to pick him out of a crowd. I spent many miles looking at that frog while I was training for STP.
