National Train Day Ride in Portland: Saturday May 11th

Hey all, remember when I attempted to put together a ride for National Train Day in 2011, then realized I was in over my head with "Big Tour" planning, so I handed it off to Dan Haneckow? Yeah. Well, this time, I've assembled the team of Dan and Sir Andrew, and I won't let you down by bailing! So come along if you can. Here are the deets:

NATIONAL TRAIN DAY RIDE
Saturday 11 May 2013 
11:30am 
Union Station, 800 NW 6th Ave, Portland (We meet in front of the station.)

Experience how Portland history has been shaped by rails. This approximately 15 mile ride,a joint project of Urban Adventure League, Dan Haneckow of Cafe Unknown, and Sir Andrew. This ride will start at Union Sta. and head north over the river into Vancouver with many stops in between.

Train Day festivities start at Union Station at 10am, GET THERE EARLY if you want to check it out!
